![]() 1 cup of all-purpose flour in all my recipes weigh 125g. If a recipe calls for a couple of cups of flour, imagine how big of a difference this can make! That why I prefer to use a scale (it’s cheap, easy to make, and far quicker than using measuring cups). Very important: There are different methods of measuring flour! Many websites specify completely different flour weights! It can differ from 120g to 150g per cup of flour.
